In a matter of minutes, your proposal will arrive in your inbox. If you don't see it right away, don't worry. Check your Spam folder, and make sure to whitelist our email address to ensure a seamless communication experience. Your satisfaction and a clean commnication process is of utmost importance for the success of our project.

Once you've reviewed and approved the proposal, it's time to kick off your project. Sign it and send it back to us digitally. You'll also find a link in both the proposal and email to schedule a 15-minute initiation call. During this call, we'll dive into your project requirements, answer any questions you may have, and give you insights into our process and the project itself. This is your chance to get the details you need!

After our assessment call, if we mutually agree that we're a great fit for your project, we'll send over the Master Service Agreement (MSA) along with the initial payment link and invoice. Once the payment is made, it's GO time! You'll receive a warm welcome email that includes a questionnaire and a list of the assets we need to get your project started. Your project is officially underway!
